Kaselor Ltd Consulting Engineers has been established since 2004. The organization has been actively involved in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Environmental Engineering work projects.

The firm provides engineering consulting services ranging from detailed design of road and drainage networks, detailed design of water reticulation networks for morcellement projects to detailed design of underground network for electrical works. Our environment engineering services consist of preparation of EIA & PER reports, preparation of TIA reports and preparation of Engineering/Geotechnical/Percolation test reports.

And lastly our structural engineering services range from assisting specialized geotechnical company in geotechnical investigation, structural design of all the reinforced concrete components and structural steel elements of buildings and production of structural drawings for all reinforced concrete and structural steel elements.

Through the past 17 years, we have been actively involved in medium and mega construction projects. Our extensive experience and network in the Mauritian landscape makes us a market reference. While we started from humble beginnings, it has been a long way and some of the roads were not always paved. As we built on our expertise and experience, we have had the opportunity to work with major groups by designing and delivering modern infrastructure for tomorrow’s lived environment with the intention of connecting people and technology.

Our Team:

Managing Director: Selven Perienen

Selven graduated from the University of Mauritius with a civil and structural engineer degree (BTechHons). Following which he spent the next fourteen years working for industry references such as Laxmanbhai Ltd and Allied Builders, JP de Rosnay & Associates Ltd and IBL Environment Ltd, to name a few, building his skills and growing his network before taking the leap in 2004 and creating Kaselor Ltd Consulting Engineer. His expertise and dedication to his clients allowed Kaselor Ltd to grow over the years and sustain long term relationships with major groups of Mauritius such as Alteo Agri Ltd, Compagnie Beau Vallon Ltee, ENL, Constance S.E Co Ltd, Saint Felix S.E Co. Ltd, Ferney Ltd, Circonstance Ltd, Inicia Ltee, Eclosia Ltee, Bloomage Ltd, Lavastone Ltd, Red4 and MCB

He is also a Registered Professional Engineer (RPEM 787) and a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineer (MASCE).
